Test Lab

Whether at our company headquarters or at one of our worldwide subsidiaries: we conduct feeding and/or application trials with your ingredient at our test labs in Germany, Canada and China. This service gives you confidence that the equipment will perform as expected in your new production process.

Prior to testing we will require ingredient safety data sheets and process information allowing us to advise you on the ingredient required as well as expected test procedures. Each test begins with an ingredient analysis. The analysis determines particle size, flow properties,  angle of repose and bulk density. This information forms the basis for equipment selection.
