The Japanese Kubota Corporation acquires all shares in Brabender Technologie GmbH & Co. KG, which thus becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kubota Holdings Europe B.V.

2016

Ground-breaking ceremony for the new company buildings right next to the old ones in the presence of the Lord Mayor of Duisburg and the press. As of April 2017, the new corporate headquarters will house the entire company including the administration, production and test lab.

The company changes its status to 'Brabender Technologie GmbH & Co. KG'.

Opening of the new training center for customers and company personnel.

Further development of the feeder mounted control and speed control modules ISC-CM/FC to ISC-CM/FC plus.

Incorporation of the wholly owned subsidiary “Brabender Technologie Inc.“ in Toronto, Canada, for the North American market. Opening of a sales base in Southern Germany. Sales and service centers are opened in Brazil and China.

Brabender Technologie is approved and certified to the ISO 9001 / EN 29001 quality management system. An agency agreement is signed for South Africa. Introduction of the Brabender FlexWall® Feeder.

A first Far East agency agreement is signed for Japan.
