Beyond Yesterday's News: Retrofits Keep Equipment Current

As the leading international trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry, this year's K focuses on shaping the circular economy. Kubota Brabender Technologie shares this priority, offering the option of modernizing existing devices through professional retrofits. Higher efficiency, increased productivity, meeting new safety standards and adapting to new products: all made possible through retrofit solutions tailored to each customer’s need. Kubota Brabender Technologie’s experts work tirelessly to upgrade and expand existing machinery and systems, bringing them up to today’s standards. This minimizes costs and downtime, extends machinery's service life, and ensures sustainability by conserving resources.

Congrav® OP-M: Intuitive Control with Added Convenience

Introducing the next generation of component control. With the compact touch screen operator interface Congrav® OP-M, Kubota Brabender Technologie expands its range of high-performance control systems. User-friendly, reliable and intuitive, the Congrav® OP-M allows the operation of up to six gravimetric feeders. The 7-inch touchscreen color display makes configuration, control, and parameter settings straightforward, while also supporting diagnostics and maintenance. With a wide 20- to 160-degree viewing angle, the screen remains clear and easy to read from nearly any direction.

Integrated Solutions for Feeding, Weighing and Discharging

Kubota Brabender Technologie provides a full portfolio of feeding, weighing, and discharging equipment — all from a single source. The company combines advanced technical performance with process reliability and cost efficiency. At the booth, visitors will see a selection of high-performance solutions from this comprehensive range. With its negative wall angle structure, the twin-screw feeder NXT45M reliably and precisely feeds poor-flowing, sticky powders as well as fibers and pellets. The flexible FDDW is specifically designed to take on the complexities of liquid feeding and delivers consistent, high-quality results. Last but not least, the loss-in-weight feeder DDSR40 2.0 is an excellent standard solution for bulk materials with challenging properties – even poor-flowing, sticky and fluidizing powders.
