技术细节

  • 通用失重式喂料器，适用于几乎所有的可流动物料（粉末、颗粒、片状、纤维等）。
  • 柔性的聚氨酯料斗通过振幅可调的桨叶进行温和的拍打破桥，以实现稳定的螺杆填充和物料流动，而不会让物料因受到挤压、刮擦等而造成形态上的破坏。
  • 灵活多样的螺杆和螺套组合，可根据原料和喂料速度的变化进行快速调整。
  • 可选的独立的拍打破桥桨叶，独立调整桨叶拍打速度，以适应流动性差的原料进行（FW20不适用）。
