Kubota Brabender Technologie at POWTECH 2026
This year at POWTECH in Nuremberg, Kubota Brabender Technologie is once again showcasing its internationally proven solutions for feeding, weighing, and discharging bulk materials. From September 29 to October 01, partners, prospective customers, and experts from all industries can explore systems designed for a wide range of applications and bulk materials in Hall 7 at Booth 615. A special highlight: the debut of the intuitive Congrav® OP-L touch screen operator interface. This device allows the control of up to 16 feeding units, expanding and rounding out the manufacturer's range of intuitive operator interfaces specifically designed to provide exceptional ease of use.
Intuitive Component Control with the Congrav® OP Series
Efficient bulk material feeding solutions need control systems that perform at an equally high level. The operator interface is an essential part of the control system. The compact Congrav® OP touch screen units are designed with practical application in mind and provide intuitive user guidance. Their capacitive color displays allow easy configuration and control as well as monitoring, meaning that the interfaces also function as a diagnostic and maintenance tool. With the Congrav® OP-S for single feeders, the Congrav® OP-M for up to six devices, and the new Congrav® OP-L for up to 16 feeders, the product line is complete.
Flexible Bulk Material Feeding for Every Production
Visitors to Kubota Brabender Technologie's booth will find a representative selection of the company’s wide range of feeding systems, designed to ensure effective bulk material handling in any production process. The twin-screw feeder NXT26 features a special hopper geometry as well as a diagonal agitator – a design that prevents bridging and ensures a constant flow of bulk material. With separate screw and agitator motors as well as interchangeable screws and screw tubes, the twin-screw feeder DDSR20 2.0 and the single-screw feeder DSR28 2.0 offer both flexibility and consistent bulk material flow – even with poor-flowing, sticky powders. Last but not least, the micro-quantity feeder MiniTwin MT with ionizer demonstrates that the manufacturer provides high-precision feeding solutions even at feed rates as low as several grams per hour.
